Christmas present for girlfriend
In late December 2011 one of our longtime members had been doing a little online Christmas shopping for his girlfriend. The bank flagged the purchase up as fraudulent which potentially would leave our user's girlfriend without a present.
When we were informed of the situation, we bought the item and had it shipped. Merry Christmas!
Internship
When one of our members told us about his lifetime dream of becoming a sports trader, we had to help.
We called up one of our favourite partners and they were more than happy to help out with an internship position at one of their offices. He now works within the Gaming industry and is a happy chappy!
Money to Victoria Casino
One of our longtime members jumped online and told us he was at the Vic and was about to miss some great cash game action as his credit card had stopped working.
Not wanting a PokerVIP user to miss out on such a great opportunity, we phoned the casino and arranged for almost £10,000 to be transferred to him. He ended up winning quite a bit too!
