Iron Poker ISSUE

Hello everyone,

I am currently having an issue with Iron Poker, i have been playing there for quite some time and never had issue and withdrawals were processed fairly quickly max 48 hours. I have made a cash out request on Thursday, January 26th at 10:18PM (EST). On Sunday i decided to contact live chat and see whats going on as it still was not approved or placed back into my account and was just still pending. So i contacted live chat and my VIP host assured me it will be processed within a few hours so i left it. Now i cannot even log into my account i get the message that it has been temporary locked and to call a number which by the way does not even ring, and is just unavailable. So i have tried all their telephone numbers ones for Canada and the non toll free one throughout different parts of the day and IT DOES NOT WORK. Their email support is being dodgy and not getting back to me. I need help with this one it seems that something is going on.

Hey @im_bet I would think your account has been locked for security check for some reason and you will be contacted soon by Iron Poker in regards to this. There has only been one or so working days between then and now as they wont have worked the weekend I expect, so lets give them enough time to respond and if you do not hear back from them in lets say a few days, please PM me your Iron login name + email and I can ask whats happening for you. In the mean time have you tried to contact their live chat support again? They may be able to give you some more information.

Thanks for your response yeah i am fine with that will wait a few days. In regards to live chat i am unable to log in and the live chat is only for those that can log in. In regards to the lock no email was sent from them as to why it was done. Thanks again, will keep you updated

So now I am having issues with this site again!!!! Sad I requested a cash out on the 16th of February which still has not been processed (Week Ago As Of This Post). I have talked with their support through email and through live chat, which both have told me Thank you for contacting us!

Your case has been forwarded to the relevant department and as soon as we have any news you will be notified.

The live chat has told me that they are unable to get through to the relevant department and they will email me back with an update.

Hey @im_bet Any word from them yet? If not can you PM me your Iron login name + email please? And I will contact them and find out whats going on.

I m interested how this is going to finish, i have a lot of money on iron poker, i ve made test withdraw 100e and there was no problem.

Yes Kuca i have made lots of withdrawals as well never had a problem, I am not sure what has changed with their site but honestly this is crazy now have been waiting 11 days for the withdrawal to get processed and have not heard anything yet. I am their highest VIP level and am just very frustrated with this whole situation.

UPDATE:11 days ago now, I requested the withdrawal once again i spoke with live chat who has told me the same old that they have not heard back from relevant department in regards to why the withdrawal STILL has not been processed they just told me to keep waiting for the "relevant dept" and could not provide further info.. Will continue updating as things progress.

@im_bet did you withdraw larger amount?. I m thinking to try withdraw every 7 days smaller amount
