Keep in mind some of the previous graphs here... and then look at this. And I... believe it or not feel like I played very well through this sample. I can't even blame being below ev. I don't blame anything, I did my best and that's all.
Isn't it a weird phenomenon? I've not had a run like this for a while... but ah well, poker is what poker does Clap

A good 6k worth of losing blue line is a bit nuts.

Ok what can I say about today though? I ran into what seemed like infinite spots where villain showed up with hand that they should very rarely have. Spots where they would not raise their strong hands on the most wet boards, and as such I would assign a likely range and bluff and get called or have a strong hand and go for value and get nit called by a hand that should have already raised on previous street, with what seemed like endless frequency. Over and over. Hence why I got to showdown so often and lost. Usually my reads in so many of the spots I faced tonight have done me well. But it was a complete fruitless endeavour today. Ah... the beautiful game. At least I know what's going on these days to know I'm playing fine. This is what happens to us all. Embrace it, and then kick it up the ass and move on Laugh

Hey people!

So I posted a while back about my goals, which included...
1 - Building a stream.
2 - Getting a load of new equipment/hardware/software to create more pro level guitar tutorial videos to compete with the content out there.
3 - Creating said content.
4 - Booking a long awaited holiday with my girlfriend.

I have completed 3 out of the 4 objectives. Basically all of the buying stuff and creating content (which includes learning how to use the software and getting better at it all) has been a success. I just need to build on my channel and Patreon page (I've recently found that Reddit helps alot!). But it's definitely been picking up and with exponential growth, hopefully it'll take off down the line soon.
We have also recently booked our 2 week all inclusive sunny break to Riviera Maya, Mexico - Caribbean Coast.
It's nice to get it all sorted and now just focus.

Ok I mentioned I didn't really do much with 1 of the objectives. The streaming... Yeah this has taken a back seat, Doing all of the other stuff means that I've had my time and focus taken up. Also the fact that December was a busy and expensive month for me, plus the cost of buying the stuff I've needed and booking the holiday. I haven't really been able to invest my money into poker. And if I was able to play much then my focus wouldn't have been there, or had proper time to study. So I decided to put it on hold. Now I can just focus on making my videos and getting my poker game up to form. I may get some coaching. Or just really study hard myself. I've moved my whole setup down into the main lounge which is basically used as my studio too. It's so much more of a nicer room to be in and I feel a lot more motivated to get things done. Which is a thing that most people don't realise can hinder you.

Ok well with all that said. I'll hopefully get back on the tables within a week or so!

Seeya later!
