Yeh i would say so. We are going to hit way more flops and also be dominated less often. Also the hand will just be far easier to play.

Other thing is that Im not opening anymore all my Kx hands from CO. I mean, the weak ones. You're right... it's too loose and I can never call a 3bet with that hand against anyone. Its better to open with SC than K3, K4 or whatever... isnt it?

Viperon 6/3/15

Well, now that you mention it... it's probably better to replace KJ or AToff with those suited connectors. I like that Idea.

Jon-PokerVIPon 6/3/15

Hey Viper. No worries i really enjoyed making the video and no doubt you're a super solid player. Ok i understand you want to open wider than 12% UTG, what's your thoughts on replacing the KJos hands with say a smaller suited connector or even 1 gapper suited connector?

Viperon 2/3/15

89s I usually 3bet by default against MP+. However It also depends on villain and that guy in particular didnt seem a rock player. So 89s might play well posflop and I like to 3bet with those hands.

Viperon 2/3/15

12% UTG is maybe not my idea... Im trying to open at least 14% so thats why I open KJ. About AKs hand where I fold to a raise OTF... I decided to fold because Im OOP so its pretty uncomfortable to play OTT no matter if I hit a K or another club. I will probably face a big bet and have a tough decison to make. You're right about labelling that guy passive fish. Sometimes maybe I take quick decision when I label but anyways Im always reviewing those labels in every situation. UNKNOWN is just to be aware of that guy when I faced a tought spot. That way, If I play him in another table, I know its the same guy. That label also works for guys who 3bet a lot.

Viperon 2/3/15

About Kx opening from CO... Im trying to open wider in all positions so I decided to incorporate all my Kx hands. I know K3 is weak but sometimes you hit a K and its good enough.
