Loving these videos. It's not easy to find 200nl gameplay videos for free. I play against the same player pool, so it's also nice to see hands being played from another players perspective.

33:00 I think jam is okay vs loose fish. Especially when fish like to slowplay nutted hands. Regardless of results I think the play is fine. Could get it in on the flop already. If it goes wrong, it's one of those tough days. Other times we just laugh at the results like now.

Looking back at this it is a super clear jam on the turn vs his bet sizing and timing. I think this is quite often just 1 pair or a combo like he had (albeit a weak one).

28:00 AA looks good in theory. Maybe the best bluff catcher as it blocks A2s. But then there's the other side, do we expect people to jam missed FD's on such a brick river? Is he capable of it? I would personally fold without good reads, especially if the guy seems tight.

Yeh explained a lot of this below if you check it out. I just thought he could show up with say QQ/KK/AJ and even some bluffs due to his strange style of play. I agree this is a fold and it is a fold i would generally make near all of the time but just leveled myself on this one.

With that that AA I think Jon knew he was beat but "wanted to see". I could be wrong ! This is something I need to cut out of my game anyway.

I wish this was the truth. As a pro or serious player we should never be calling just to see someones cards. We should be calling because we think we can have the best hand and we are getting a good price to do so. I think this is a fold as i have explained below but he was weird and i leveled myself and made a mistake. Hands up to that!

Hey, Jon, can you go a little more in depth on ur AA vs 333/22 river call? I don't know if i could make that call in that spot, AA is pretty much a bluff catcher in that specific spot, and it didn't look like he was bluffing. help me out w/ ur in depth thought process please. Not shit talking, just would like to know what ur thoughts on the hand are, it's at 29:00ish mins. Thankyou

Hey man, i think overall this is a fold but here is some thinking which went into it. Basically this guy had been playing a bit odd so unlike a 'normal type' player i would find this a pretty easy fold but vs him i thought he was capable of doing something bad, funky or just value jamming worse. For instance the idea of him playing KK and QQ went through my head and this is something he could do with his hand or maybe even AJ. Once the 2 pairs on the turn it takes out one potential flopped straight (unless turned quads but that is not easy to do) so it just leaves JJ/33/45/66 as the realistic hands which beat me. All of these are incredibly possible and i think due to the 45 getting there it makes this hand a fold. A very easy fold vs a lot of people but this players strange style of play made me level myself a bit. I think we all know it is a fold and just a mistake. But to sum it up - getting over 3 - 1 vs a funky player with near to the top of my range it did seem slightly closer at the time.

I love watching ur vids Jon, you're helping my game tremendously... U wanna know the best thing about this video? Lol "Pretty fucked up river there". U just made my day sir, thankyou, sorry u lost that hand, but being human and cussing is great poker. Also fun to watch. Maybe u could do a video where u get bad beat a lot and cuss like a sailor? #100kviews ? I think yes.
