Bounty hunter

A special form of tournaments, mostly found online. Unlike the usual bounty tournaments, bounty hunters feature a structure where a percentage of every bounty a player collects is added to his own bounty.
Example: John eliminates a player from the tournament and collects $10 bounty. $7.50 is added to his roll, while eliminating John from the tournament now awards $12.50 (a percentage of which is once again added to the eliminating player etc)
