Fill up

This is a poker slang term most often used when a player has either a set (3 of kind) or two pairs and then hits another card to make a full house. A player with two pair could say that he has four outs to fill up to a full house.

Fill up can also be used in certain tournaments where players are allowed to buy more chips (re-buy) at predetermined times during the game. By buying more chips, they can fill up their stack.
