Knockout tournament

A knockout tournament is one in which players get prize money credited to their account whenever they "knockout" another player. This is also known as "bounty". All players (unless specified in the rules) are "bounty" to the other players.

The amount a player gets for knocking out another player varies but if often about 20 percent of the buy-in for that tournament. The other 80 percent goes into the overall prize pool.
