I have to say that I had an email exchange with pokertube about which accounts are allowed to play which really confused me.
I was told different conditions than what is mentioned on the homepage of OPL (in the schedule) about the eligibility of accounts to play within the league.
I think everything should be made very clear to all who want to particpate, otherwise there will be a lot of complaining.
If you want I can send you the text of the email.

Yes the site is not actually live yet which is what may be causing some confusion. Support will give you all the correct answers and the site will be updated and launched next week.

Hm, okay, then I will wait and see what happens.
But that sounds to me not this promising as at the first sight when I looked at the schedule of the OPL homepage regarding the eligibilty of my accounts.

With close to 10 rooms being part of it and how the points system works you should have your fair share of sites to choose from which you can create with us. The site is now fully live so I hope to see you at the tables!

Well I created an account at Betfair about 3 weeks ago and it was told to me in the email that this room will not be leigable...

Okay, just to make it clear to me (and maybe others):
On the OPL website the following is written (in the schedule for Betfair tourney):
Eligible players
Anyone Who Has Previously Registered to Betfair via the following affiliates: PokerTube, PokerVIP, WeakTight, Poker.Org or PokerPlayer Magazine.
The guy from Pokertube wrote me in an email that only Betfair accounts created Through Pokertube would be able to participate.

I just want to know what is correct ?

The screenname binding page, are there some sites missing off that or do they come under a different umbrella (IE Bet365 isn't on there) don't want to fill it in without being anal about it

Also is the schedule correct as in 2 tournaments on the 15th and 17th?

This you would need to check with support: hello@pokertube.com however if it is not tagged for the rake race I would imagine not. So your best bet would be to create a BWIN account Here

Hmm, what a pity.
But you should take care for correct information on the OPL homepage, otherwise I guess there can be many complaints.
I signed up with Betfair through PokerVIP before this OPL announcemet, but if I imagine I would have signed up with Betfair through PokerVIP (or one of the other partner) just to be able to play in the league and then afterwards I would have been told that only Pokertube accounts are eligable, I guess I would have been angry about this.
You can lose clients this way I guess.

Yeh i understand buddy and we are on support skype to help with any needs. I think the problem was the site was not actually live for public use so some information was not correct. Should all be updated now.
