Something not working for me.. My HM2 says 'no hands were found' in those hand history files. Anyone else having trouble?

make the file into a .zip file....

extract the files from the downloaded file....

then extract all the files from that folder....

then it will work

You definitly need to add more rooms though. How did you get the hands btw? you aks the sites or you get them tru players? If you interested in getting hands from pkr for example, I would be interested to deliver

pretty sure they bought them from either holdem manager or pocker tracker....

Thanks to perthibee for explaining how to fix the files. I kept changing them to txt and then watching some garbage wingdings file fail to upload to hm2! Now they are all going in and time to exploit some people!

Yes they are fresh or at least will be in a matter of time.

Will there be an indication of which batch of histories will be on the site, as it would be nice to know you already have the ones on there?

Yep that is a bug and we will fix it.

Dates will be next to hand histories going forward to make it easier for members to recognize which batches are new.

As for which sites are available all you have to do is add your poker room name into your my account area and it will say hand histories download beneath that if they are available. We have pretty much every major site covered.

I've just downloaded 500k 25nl Party hands and 500k 10nl Party hands, extracted them etc but when I've imported into HEM it's only imported 27,000 hands.

Think I've followed everything right.
