Tried the zip trick but that didn't help me out. Windows asks me what program I would like to use when I open the file after extracting it first, when I choose notepad it freezes. Any other way to make this work?

Welcome to the site Dutchness

Which HH's have you downloaded?

I'm guessing you've unzipped ALL of the files inside the main zip file into a folder???

If not you need a program like 7zip to unzip all the files.

Then just import into HM2/PT4 from whatever directory you unzipped them into.

If you can't sort it I could do it for you over Teamviewer if you wanted

p.s don't try and open the files with notepad as some are huge and notepad won't handle it too well

I'm guessing the Bwin hands are under party poker? Or do I need to wait a few days for my screen name to be confirmed before being given the option to download the HH?

Please try this link for importing hand histories on PT4.

If you still cannot get it to work, best thing to do is to hit the chat with us button on the bottom right of this page!

hi yeah that's what I tried but when I click import from disk I get the above error

just downloaded handhistorys, apparently the files are downloading without an extension on the file name.

I changed to rar and it worked, so It should be .rar.

rename to .rar at the end and it should work.
