I Created an account on europe-bet and linked it. but i dont deposit yet.

i sended my copy of passport 6times , and they always saids informations does not match.
OK yes the 4 first times does not match its right but my last 2ones does match, and the last message they tell me that "Sorry but your document must be English you can use your ID card if you have but first change your personal number as your ID card number and try to upload again "

my personnal information on passport are in french and arabic. and never seen a moroccan passport wrote in english.

its a fault from translate or they are really insane.

they tell me, send us your national id, after that in the 9rd message they saids, only passport is accepted.

I send them about 5 times my passport and the informations on my passport are the same on my account, and always they respond verification failed, informations does not match.

in their adress bare, i cant tape a long adress, but with that i taped 100% of the aress on my passport.

i dont know what is going on, i'm ok, my documents are ok, but their support are crazy.

finally got my account verified after about 12 verifications and 10 mails with europebet support.

i'm really happy now.

last thing, i make 2deposit in 2mn 200Gel +300GEL.
Like i see on deposit us dollars, euro, i choose dollars and make 200$ deposit, but it was in gel, so i redeposit 300gel more like that i deposit at all 207$.
