Hi @majesz187

You do not need to enter these details at the moment for Natural8. They may ask you to verify at some point, but right now that is all you need to enter.

Got $51 on Natural8 if anyone can swap with skrill/neteller. They won't let me deposit/withdraw.
I've emailed support with no word, their FB chat is no help either.

Their Facebook support has just told me I cant withdraw having made several withdrawals with no issue previously. They also said no further deposits were being taken.

Really not a good sign going forward surely?

I only have $183 on there but its still pretty poor.

Does anyone know of a way to make withdrawals in euros rather than dollars? Those neteller fees are painful.

There is some rakeback for AoF, otherwise I would have less RB today Smile

I have no info on what % of the JP fee goes to the JP - I estimate from my RB figure that it's 75%*. The rest (25%) is hidden rake and apparently RB is paid on its basis, thus it's 35% * 25% = 8.75% of the total paid JP fee.

The fee is 5 bb/100 in Omaha, except $0.25/0.50 where it's 4 bb/100, so the RB there is negligible - 0.4375 (0.35, resp.) bb/100. In Holdem, though, the fee is 10 bb/100, except $0.10/0.25 where it's 8 bb/100, thus the RB is more substantial - 0.875 (0.7, resp.) bb/100.

* Assuming that the basis for the RB for Fortune Spin is the actual rake paid, i.e. 5% of the total BI, the RB being 1.75% of the BI.

Trackers aren't allowed except the built-in one called PokerCraft (the button at the bottom right of the lobby). It only shows basic result stats and allows to view HHs, doesn't provide a HUD or any stats on opponents except the lists of 5 players from whom you've won the most money and the 5 to whom you've lost the most money.

You're welcome!

@AshVIP, do you have any news on which categories of players are being denied Skrill withdrawals (via player transfer)? Everyone, or only players from certain countries, or, for example, only winning players?

I'm a bit too scared to ask the FB support (I don't need to move money right now, got a $300 Skrill deposit in from Russia via FB last Monday), and besides, we need to spread the word if some shenanigans are happening.

On the plus side, N8 has just started offering Bitcoin as a deposit method.

Hi @tonycoon ,

I've just spent some time talking to them.

There are no country restrictions for using Skrill as a deposit or withdrawal method - unless that country can't use Skrill.

In terms of winning players, this is what they say:

Regarding "winning players", the system determines if players are suitable for the ecology of the site. If comes a time where the system finds a player not suitable, he will be asked to leave politely with his money.

However, Skrill is fine to use to get a winning player's money off the site (via the Natural8 Facebook support). I'm just waiting on @IT5P4YD4Y 's info so I can look into why he has been declined a withdrawal on Skrill.

If anyone has any issues, you can PM me, reply here, or use the live chat and we'll be happy to help.

Many thanks for the info Heart

Being asked to leave with the money is not a bad outcome at all.

I was more worried about a ban with seizure of the bankroll, but the impression that I've got from forums is that this doesn't happen unless one persistently commits one of the crimes against the poker ecology mentioned in clauses 5-15 of the security and ecology agreement - uses a third-party poker helper tool (incl. HUDs), bumhunts, ratholes, blocks tables or does things that are illegal on other networks too.

I mean, clause 1 (Predatory Behavior) is underwhelmingly general and really scary, but it doesn't look like the GGNetwork has ever confiscated a bankroll for its violation except for behaviours covered by clauses 5-15.

And I'm unaware of any seizure of funds from a Fortune Spin, All In Or Fold or MTT reg - these games aren't interesting enough for bumhunters and using an illegal HUD there wouldn't make much difference winrate-wise and perhaps those games aren't being monitored as thoroughly by the network as 100 bb NLH and PLO. Maybe I've missed some report about such a case, though.

I have not heard of a case where a player was banned and did not get their money. As long as players abide by the rules in regards to HUD usage like you said, there is certainly nothing to worry about at Natural8.

Erratum about AoF JP rake @majesz187

Actually, half the fee goes to the JP and the other half is considered rake on which rakeback is paid!

This has been in place since the May 2 changes and is still in force, as I've just learned from the FB support.

Attached Image

Players of the stakes up to $2/4 don't need to worry about this because the JP mechanic is 'Robin Hood': the vast majority of the JP fees is collected from the $4/8-$5/10 tables, whereas about half the money that is collected from the JP lands into smallstakers' bankrolls Party because the ratio of the JP share to be won to the JP fee is twice smaller for the $4/8+ stakes.

One avoids paying the fee 8-12% of the time (whenever the stack is entirely lost in an all-in; mind that there's a 'remove chips' button at AoF tables and resetting the stack all the time results in less fee being paid) so the RB is about twice bigger than I wrote previously:

Omaha except $0.25/0.50: ~0.8 bb/100
Omaha $0.25/0.50: ~0.7 bb/100
Holdem except $0.10/0.25: ~1.6 bb/100
Holdem $0.10/0.25: ~1.3 bb/100

The numbers may be quite different because, as it turns out, the loser take all method (distribution of the collected rake among the losers of the hand/spin proportionally to their loss) is used for AoF and Fortune Spin RB as well. That's what caused my initial confusion - I had won too many Fortune Spins and I overestimated the FS component of my RB and underestimated the AoF one.
