Have you contacted them on their Facebook support HERE?

If you can PM me your Natural8 username, amount you're cashing out and withdrawal method I can assist you further

It's nice and easy to do through their Facebook support anyway. The level of service you get there is one of the best I've seen, so if you need anything at all just drop them a message there Nodding

Hi Everyone,

I'm thinking about switching to N8. I was just wondering:

Do they charge for insurance i.e if I'm an 80% favourite in a pot of $100 do I get the full $80?
Has anyone mentioned any serious issues with withdrawing?
Does anyone know who owns the site, I would be interested in checking their accounts (I'm a credit analyst by trade)
Does anyone any suggestions or anything I should be aware of before hitting the tables?

Yo @Archinator the best person to ask is @MilfGrinder. He plays on there everyday and has turned $0 into over $4000 now afaik!

Withdraws - no issues with any of our players.

Guys, I'm really concerned about the RB system in Natural8. I have paid $56 in rake this week and @35% that should be $19.60. However, thus far am I only receiving $11. That is blatant stealing if you ask me. Has anybody else calculated their RB? This is not okay.

Hi @Ballerholic, the reason for this is that rakeback at Natural8 is based on player value index method so it can vary. You can check out all the terms and how it works here. Note point 1.5
Posted 7 years ago
Is this mean, if i m winning big i m going to have rakeback 17.5 %

This is false. Update was made February 27th and PVI method was changed to contributed method where everyone gets what they invest.

how did you know you paid 56$ in rake? where do i find this data for my account?

yea method was changed. All I know is that I was 100% raked $56, and that it only showed me getting back $35. But when somebody checked my account it said that the rake I paid was actually only $30? 1) That is completely wrong because I did the Math myself and I pay 8bb/100 in rake at 25NL. 2) That would mean that Natural8 charges 4bb/100 in rake at 25NL, no freaking way lol.

Basically to calculate your rake paid, you need to know a few things. 1) The amount of profit you are in, 2) The amount win/loss Pokercraft shows (Pokercraft shows profit, but doesn't include rake paid) Basically substract those two and you get the rake paid.

False as well.

Let's say you go all in and cap 5$ rake at NL100 game SBvBB, you win, you are up 95$. Rake paid is 5$, yet 2.50 of that rake goes to villain, so you've paid 2.50$ in rake, therefore that calculation is incorrect. I don't think there is a way for a player to know their rake numbers for sure, asking facebook support for those numbers is an option.

btw this rake cap is bloody high compared to stars
