Basically to calculate your rake paid, you need to know a few things. 1) The amount of profit you are in, 2) The amount win/loss Pokercraft shows (Pokercraft shows profit, but doesn't include rake paid) Basically substract those two and you get the rake paid.

Let's say you go all in and cap 5$ rake at NL100 game SBvBB, you win, you are up 95$. Rake paid is 5$, yet 2.50 of that rake goes to villain, so you've paid 2.50$ in rake, therefore that calculation is incorrect. I don't think there is a way for a player to know their rake numbers for sure, asking facebook support for those numbers is an option.
