Last person I heard who had his account 'closed' was due to their countries regulations. He nudged them on FB support and received his withdraw within 48 hours.

Lets stop trying to watch the world burn lads.

Epic site, invested tons in software, have better support than 90% of sites out there and deliver on rb, withdraws and action.

account is ok now. they never gave me a reason why this was blocked but they did say that security will be honing in on players who use VPN soon. i got confused since i don't use VPN and they have other players from the philippines who play on the site. Just happy my account is safe. regardless i will be getting the majority of my bankroll adn will just leave a couple of buy ins and see if i can grind it up. not going to be complacent with my whole roll there and have the same thing happen again

Did see it in the terms I think when I joined how they can basically lock it for no reason, and dont have to pay out if they do? Seems like the FB chat guys would generally try to help you, but I'm currently withdrawing most of my roll to just in case, gonna leave a bit of rakeback to try and spin up...

Shame because it is a nice site, just not somewhere I'd be happy to have a decent size roll tied up!

Correct, card deposits were stopped a couple of weeks ago. Not sure why!

My country wasn't listed in Natural8's country list when signing up, but I asked their customer support about this and they said its ok, just choose another country and it won't be a problem. FB customer support was helpful, but they're not the ones who are making the decisions. Security just said to ask customer support if I have any further inquiries.

I would never claim any poker site is perfect, but I do think some of the criticisms of N8 in this thread are unfair.

Of course the terms and conditions of the site say they can basically do whatever they want without any repercussion - Just like Stars, or just like the big bookies who are not actually legally obliged to pay out your winning bets.

The Ts&Cs are always written to protect the business as best as possible.

It's indeed a sorry state of affairs that terms and conditions are so weighted in the favour of the business and not consumer, but if we are going to begin judging a company's trustworthiness based on Ts&Cs, this is certainly not the business to start on.

We have signed up 250 players from VIP to N8 - So far not one has been asked to leave.

In general, I have no issue with the network reserving the right to ask players to leave. It's their network and they do not want any super bumhunters on there for example. Even if sometimes they get the decision wrong in our opinion, we must respect it is their poker room and network.

Opiquous signed up via WeakTight.com and is the only player who has signed up via WeakTight who has been asked to leave. We are investigating the claim regarding the short cashout and of course ensure it is made right.

To summarise: For me, there is nothing wrong with a room or network asking a player to leave as long as they are dealt with in a courteous manner and receive all funds in their account.

Thanks for looking into this especially since I registered through another site. I agree it is totally within the networks rights to ask me to not play there anymore. Would just be nice to get a frank answer as to why they decided to lock me out from that site after just a few days of play. I did nothing shady and didnt use any third party software. Would you think there's any chance they will reactivate my account?

I'll quote the email about the withdrawal here if it helps with your investigation:

Re: unfair criticisms, my actual reviews of the site have been very positive. However on a new site with no ID verification / no email address / until recently no withdrawal knowledge, this thread should surely be used for these kind of questions? Especially when (at the time of writing, tyty for the detailed reply above), there were just comments of locked accounts with no reason.

Looking now, the suspicions seem over the top perhaps, but at the time I think they were needed in this thread? Apologies if it has come across as unfair criticism or similar!

PS. Withdrawal request put in with FB chat guys Sunday night. Will update here when received
