It is what it is guys at the end of the day.

Despite PokerVIP recomending this site, they have made it 100% clear there are risks,as attached with any poker site.

No one is forcing guys to sign up and get locked(one instance),but honestly from the outside looking in it's kind of your own fault if something goes wrong. What sort of site offers card deposits then withdraws it a week later, has to deposit via a skrill account somewhere god knows where that isnt registered to natural 8,barely any email support.

Has 'going bust' written all over it.

Everything was going great, playing with fishes no worries in the world, up until yesterday, i entered 25$ daily bounty to play alongside cash games, played it for few hours got into top10 or so, and then got disconnected, and disconnected again and it just keeps happening...then they decided to announce 1 hour maintenance during that tournament, when i logged back in there is no entry money back, there is no last place prize money....
Has anyone else experienced server problems with them? Because this can't be my internet, everything else is working great. Hopefully they will fix it because getting disconnected with money on the table and mashing raise button is more tilting then suckouts for me.

Yeh I had my first problems with them yesterday, think I tried to log on around 5pm yesterday, and when I opened the client and it took 2 attempts, due to server error, didn't bode to well. Things I had problems with yesterday was that you didn't get the little dot to tell you was on a wait list for a table. Then when I was at the tables, the seating out time bank just kept randomly triggering, and draining it. Also auto top up broke. I spoke with support and they had this to say:

Think we just gotta be patient with them, because think Jon or Jamie said this site alone as sent 250 people over there, plus they got that mobile client thing going on, which looks quite good, didn't realise these days that you can play more than 1 table on your phone.

The mobile app for multi tabling is coming out so imagine that is 99% of the problem.

Sites go down time to time (even Stars do on big Sundays/Micro millions)

Finally some communication about what is happening, freerolls and free tickets for inconvenience. It is very understandable for new site to get ddos'ed or just crash. Their news and communication about it is handled very well. I already took out 400$ though neteller without any problems. Still have some of my roll there.
Makes me feel really well about not jumping ship and actually gives me trust in the site.

I logged in nothing Sad . Why is it understandable a new site gets ddos'ed?, I get how it works on web pages, but how does a ddos work on a poker site.

DDoS attacks simply speaking is basically simulating fake traffic up to a point server can't handle incoming sessions and crashes....Considering when i log in they have around 200-350 people playing in mid day for me. They were close to 1k players online right before crashes. Not accounting for traffic as well as getting ddosed is i assume what happened. Site is relatively new so they don't have infrastructure to handle that kind of things yet, considering russian kid in his basement can send ddos attacks that puts more stress on their servers then lets say twice as my players logged in.

Site might be relatively new but the network has existed for at least 3+ years.

any updates? dont want to log in to the client and keep getting disconnected again. anyone tried it again?

Worked fine for me yesterday evening.

You can't blame a site for being DDoS'd, it happens to a lot. They've dealt with it well and I've had no problems playing there.

anyone else getting limited to just 4 tables?.
Posted 7 years ago
I haven't, did you leave tables a lot or bumhunt or win a lot at the tables?
Also I know that GGNET bans/limits players who play above 200nl (holdem) or 400pl (omaha)

To be fair you can't play a lot more than 4 before the software starts to crash.

Asian sites work like this - People do not really use cards in Asia for online gambling.

As far as email support, I honestly think their support is better than 90% of other online poker sites and gaming companies at this current time.

DDOS has plagued huge companies including those in poker like Party, 888, ACR, Stars, iPoker - All have fallen victim to it.
