A pure bluff preflop and give up on the flop wont make any money here since he is calling so much vs 3bet. He will defend a 10% range with calling. I assume that range will look something like this QQ-22, AQs-AJs, KQs, QJs, JTs, T9s, AQo-AJo, KQo.

When facing that range i would like to have mostly value hands AA-QQ, AKo-AQo, AKs. This is roughly 3.5% range so i think its good to ad ~ 1.5% bluffs.

Here i would choose hands that plays well postflop vs his calling range but is not good enough to call the 2bet with. Examples T9s-89s and AJo.

The red hands are the bluffs, but if villain isn't folding as much as you like the we can chop out the small suited aces and stick with AJ KQ.

The light blue hands work well as calls or 3 bets, but if we know villain is calling OOP too wide then 3 betting automatically becomes a much more profitable choice.
