Hey all

so after some advice form the great guys here at pokerVIP I've decided to give this site a go.

now I've signed up and installed the lobby but i can't seem to deposit straight from my card. has anyone had this problem before? or know what the transfer thing is that pops up when ii try? i don't want to add money onto something like that without a second opinion

Yo where are you located buddy? I have a feeling you are in the UK where I believe they do not accept cards but just popular ewallets. Will wait for you to confirm whilst I look into this for you

My best advice would be to contact their live support direct here. The deposit methods vary depending on your location for ACR. I am sure I read somewhere at some point that some of these options are only available through their customer support also and not direct from the client, but someone there will be able to run you through exactly what your options are.

ok thank you for the reply and i will get onto them now and see what they say. just didn't want to add many onto a wallet which I've never used before without a second opinion
