Ante /small blind Ratio bet patterns

Hello guys. I would like someone to give me examples of bet sizing rely on Ante /small blind Ratio.
Lets say my opponent seats at my right and have 13M stack. I am on the BU with 13M too.Blinds are 200/400 Ante 25 .

1) bet to make him fold
2) bet to make him call

MTT situations far from the money
