If its a cash game and his actions are taking you our of your game and causing you to play sub optimal poker, then just leave the table. Based on the fact that you are calling him an idiot and your language, I would say that he had you someone tilted. This is never a good thing and if you can remove yourself from that spot, I think that would probably be the best scenario. If you can't leave then you need to just continue playing solid poker. I guess you could tighten up some, but I don't think you can just wait for premiums and hope to punish him. I think you just need to continue opening hands that are +EV to do so. Still need to cbet, but maybe cbet bluff on the flop less and cbet more and bigger when you have a value hand. Probably need to cbet thinner for value and might have to make some tough calls on the river to see whats going on, but ultimately have to do your best to make the best decision in every spot and not get too tilted over it, if you do in fact have to continue sitting at that table for some reason
