no - if you are the pre flop aggressor in position and the out of position player does not check to you and opts to lead out with a bet, that is called a donk bet. So your defense vs that would be raise vs donk, call vs donk, fold vs donk. Not sure how those stats are exactly labeled in HM2 or PT4.

Cbet is only when you are the preflop aggressor and on the flop you opt to bet, so if you are IP the preflop caller would check to you and you would bet. If you are OOP then you would just bet the flop
