Welcome buddy! Love playing poker in Ireland...I played the Irish Open probably 18 or so months ago and I have never enjoyed a festival more than this one. The Irish truly are some of the nicest people in the world and my goodness the parties, drinking and crack was on a whole new level.

hi guys, new to vip, been taking poker serious for the past year now grinding 10nl and 20nl, im 25 years old, I started with $180 on stars and turned it into $1800 playing these stakes over 10 months, i withdrew last month due to the wrong side of variance, was having a very bad month, so i put the money to use and paid for my vegas trip. so im currently having a break from poker, more interested in learning the game at the moment and hopefully hit the tables in a few weeks fresh

My history with poker is really long, been here for 5 years or more, played almost all kinds of games, started with sng freerolls, then grinded sng, then went to cash from nl5 to nl50, had really good results but a long time ago jaja. Spent 2years and a half almost 3 playing mtts, stacked by a big stable, had coaching, mental coachs, etc. Had great results for one part, then one year that i almost lost the whole year, not much, but was very hard to end every month with red numbers, had a lot of FT on big mtts, but didnt hit the big prizes. Now i took like 3 months from poker, coming back to cash, between nl10-nl25, have been struggling most part of this time in cash. Now using every video here, and trying to get to good results again. Ty @Jon-PokerVIP , yeah been a lot , a lot of good and bad times, now on the down side, but i know this game is all about effort.
I think i dont have one, i didnt have a "one" big cash, my biggest cash was around 7k "i think", most memorable mtt, 55 nightly on PS, i think i one won time, then made second, like 3rd place 2 times xD. Most memorable not so good cash, going out like 25ish on the sunday million.

My name is Roderick Steele, I go by Rod, Roderick, or Rod Steele (the latter being the most humorous). Unfortunately, I'm from the states so my poker options are pretty limited but not barren. I started playing in high school, playing live sngs with friends then slowly found local games in my area (mostly bars and lodges that cater to poker) and that's when I started my love for multitable sngs and cash games. I've played online poker off and on for several years under several different skins but the results haven't been what I wanted. That said I feel more than ever my online game dedication is catching up to my live game, and it's really now just a matter of picking my most optimal games to grind at and not getting discouraged from buyin swings. This site has amazing resources for me picking my specialty, the coaches are all spot on. As far as miscellanous things people have asked me: I'm from Alabama, my main source of income for life and poker is being a critical care nurse (some call it an ICU nurse but whatevs), and yes...yes I do love fish sticks....CAUSE I'M MUTHAF***** GAY FISH.

Lastly let me say sorry for anyone who I haven't replied to on the forum, I had some bug where I couldn't reply on the forum but that seems to have been fixed by PVIP's awesome support team. I will restart some of the threads that got lost in the shuffle. Happy Grinding Guys!!

I was introduced to this fine establishment by my friend and poker mentor icbrokepeople or however he spells that!

I have been playing cash games at pokerstars and ongame network. Most active during the years 2008-2012 i think.
The highest level i have played has been NL20 starting from NL2 so i do have some cash experience but i need to learn
how to be more agressive and believe in myself.

I have also played MTTs and SNGs but i think i have the best mindset for grinding in cash games, i currently do not play at any site
but my above mentioned friend told me that maybe i could get staked here and since i recently got unemployed, why not?
