CrazyCookie: Hey Jason!

Did you ever have a breakthrough moment where it all kind of clicked? There are so many players who seem to reach a certain stake level and just can't get past it wether it be through run bad with shots, not being skilled enough or just being plain scared of the money.

If you did have a breakthrough moment, what do you think brought it on?

I was lucky to get into touch with a lot of good players that really helped me along the way. These days i can basically reach out to anyone in the poker community i think can help me with some aspect of my game and get a response. There wasn't really a breakthrough moment, it was actually more of a struggle especially maybe after black friday and in 2013 i was playing lower and didn't do so well playing some of the better regs at 5/10 and 10/20. 2014 i think i started really crushing, had 3-4 months in a row where won at least $100k playing mostly good regs at 25/50 and 50/100. Ended up 2nd in the scoop $21k hu event then few weeks later came in 2nd in the $25k wsop mixed max, which was a pretty crazy heater for me.

probably in that order, i haven't played kaby or otb as much as sauce but they were both fairly tough. I don't play WCG, donger, swarm, premiumwhey they are all pretty close friends of mine, but i imagine if i did they would give me some problems

What is the true story behind the German contingent? Gruissem, Reinkemeier, Quoss, Schemoion, Vogelsang, Altergott and Igor? I heard they pool all the money and are backed by Igor solely?

Not sure exactly but i think Schemoion sort of rolls on his own. Vogelsang and Altergott were solid high stakes cash players who started playing tournaments as opposed to the rest of them. No way Igor backs all of them, Vogelsang probably has a bigger bankroll than the rest of the group combined. Most if not all are probably on their own and sell action to the same group of people that 80% of the high roller mtt players sell to for big events.

Who would you be out of the original cast?

I mean that cast was a bunch of washed up pros even at that time so its sort of hard to compare. Krantz and Roberts were considered the leaders of the group but they might have been the 2 worst players. Evil empire squad dynamic is different i guess.

use some piosolver, but mostly just PT4. I only study when i feel the need to.
