Jamie: Thanks for doing this Cool

Do you think the Dwan challenge will ever complete?

Would you ever consider doing a challenge similar and offering odds or would anyone you know do this?

i think theres no chance it will, jungle is a bit too passive to push the issue imo.

i don't think anyone that i beat 80% of the time over 50k hands would ever take up the challenge so, no. Poker isn't what it used to be, the era of heads up challenges is pretty much over since edges in general are smaller and there are less fish in the player pool. In the past people wouldn't mid losing 10+ buyins battling people better than them for the learning experience and the challenge, now almost no one will do that.

Grocker6: What is your view on Viktor 'Isildur1' Blom as a poker player and would you be happy playing him all day at HU cash?

he is probably one of the best if not the best player in the world. the problem is he sometimes sucks at game selection and will play anyone at their best game at the highest stakes. I would def play him at HUNL because he hasn't played much of that in the past few years, but hes def crushing me in any other game we play. A while ago he offered to play if we played 1/2 PLO and even in that format his edge in PLO is way way bigger than my edge in NL so I had to decline.

What is the biggest win you have had from staking?
Posted 8 years ago
1. Have you ever gone bust?

2. What was your biggest downswing monetary wise?

3. What is your longest losing stretch?

4. How did you dealt with these issues?

5. Do you enjoy poker?

Sorry for such pessimistic questions, I'm relatively close to busto myself for 1st time in my poker 'career'.
Thanks in advance!

How do you rate Alexandre Luneau?
Have you played him HUNL before?

Where is Dwan now? Legends says that he owes 20 milli+ to the triades .

Can I become a decent Poker Player if I only play live (live tournament twice a week) I get easily distracted online?
Posted 8 years ago
This question was posed yesterday in another forum and there aren't many better people to ask. Do you think that building up to higher stakes games early requires more luck and fearlessness with big shots taken early on in a players career or do you think the bigger factor is just steady consistency and proper BRM? If you had to pick one or the other that is.

its more based on skill and ability to win more than either of the 2

"I think PioSolver is basically terrible. I don't know what the high stakes six max players are using, and I'm not claiming to be one of the top players in those games. But what I can say is that the players in HU that use this type of software to play, end up playing horrific post flop.
It actually upsets me a bit how bad the conclusions are, in that they are very far off what I believe to be correct. I DO think however, it can be a useful tool to think about situations/how to play. but the actual conclusions are not valuable (and often you need to make far too many assumptions for the conclusion to even be correct)." -your boy wcg
