There are 2 tools that I can use for mtt and sng; ICMZER and HRC. Only I don't know how they works

I downloaded HRC and used the free trial but didn't use it.

Can someone here explain how it's works?

Not sure about the ICM anymore.

Is the ICM only for the final table?

Then I asked a wrong question I think. I'd like to know when to shove when first or to call a all in when shortstack or when bigstack

I know the game of 15bb or less should only a push/fold play but how and when and which cards.

Hey, you should try out ICMIZER 2, if you use the paid version you can use the SNG Coach which also includes some MTT quiz style examples of push / fold strategy. Really useful!

There are also some push/fold charts floating around online but they are pretty outdated and dont take ICM into consideration.
