Yes I know one! This is Pi. It was Aronovskys first film. Its a hard watch but really cool.

Apparently the story goes that in this scene the main actor who I can't remember actually drilled himself for this scene as he was so into the method acting. I find that incredibly hard to believe given how quick that drill goes in but having that in mind as you watch the scene certainly adds an additional element to it!

I can believe they had an ambulance and that it was a real drill but its a prosthetic added to the side of his head. Odd though as its a very good one and the budget on this film was low as fuck.
