Tha's correct and yes I recommend the show. The main plot isn't something to write home about, but the subplot involving the character in the screenshot above is pretty great.
It was hardly a review and I don't think the movie is tremendously good or anything (wait for Netflix/DVD kind of a thing), it's just that I'm not a huge fan of blockbusters and GitS offered something more than your classic mix of explosions. The themes are a bit heavy-handed and it has some pacing issues but it's a very beautiful action movie.

Yeh I know what you mean I shit on the Avengers films so much - fingers crossed Infinity War will be good - think it could be down to my age, I think if I was a lot younger I might enjoy those kinda films a bit more.
The woman in the picture isn't very good when it comes to negotiating and also turns out to be a bit of a backstabber in a season finale of a TV show that you watch.
