And yeah you don't have to spend nearly as much money as you said you did so far (unless you counted food, food is kinda difficult to give up entirely:P). Gym membership and maybe protein powder for convenience sake (to help you hit your macros) is really all you need. Also drinking only water is an amazing idea. Drinking calories is one of the worst things you can do (not counting smoothies and shakes which can work really well for ya) when you try to lose weight since a can of Pepsi or even juice won't do anything about your hunger and provide very little in terms of nutritional value. Good luck sir!

Yeh i always had a personal trainer for up to 10 hours per week and they range from £20-50 per hour. I am talking lifetime here so its not nearly as much or as bad as it sounds.
As for water tbh i mainly do just drink water already or robinsons but diet coke, coke and ofc alcohol have started to sneak back into my life so i want to cut that out before it begins.

Boom boom stuff got in the way this weekend for me to get the food in and sort gym out but Monday morning the food is being delivered and i am hitting the gym!
Looking good sir. Looking clean. Can't really tell if the portions are adequate but I assume so. Also, I can see that you like pesto and avocado. It's totally fine and you should eat those, just don't include them in every meal since those are both relatively high in fat. Other than that add some movement to the mix (you don't have to go ham from the start, brisk walking is all you need for a week or two but if you want to hit the gym right away - even better!). I keep my fingers crossed for you sir!
Yeh i hear you about having the same thing in meals. just if i say prep or have good which needs eating that day or the next then my meals can run like that.
Just been out for a nice walk. Got soaked but felt good and legs are burning!
Gotta say i am starving even though i feel like i have eaten a lot. 100% addicted to food and junk food. Sat here desperately trying not to order a take out.
