Yes I believe it is open to the US. They have a lot of American games on there baseball etc and I see United States on the drop down on the sign up page so that is usually pretty conclusive.

Have you tried signing up? I see Serbia on the drop down list on the sign up page, they usually only list the accepted countries but I could be wrong. Unfortunately we do not have a restricted countries list for Draft Kings. If you haven't tried already, have a go at signing up here and let us know how you get on
