No abuse from me, but you reminded me that man-purse and fanny pack became a sort of leitmotif on JRE podcast which I find absolutely hilarious:

Instead of buying a pre-workout supplement, I bought myself some delicious Ethiopian coffee. Greatest call I ever made.

Is there something out there called smart coffee or something? I recall hearing something about some type of new coffee supplement which is the new in thing?

I have absolutely no idea to be completely honest. I'm completely tuned out when it comes to supplement industry because they failed to produce anything worthwhile since creatine and I don't even take creatine Smile In my humble opinion, black coffee is the best pre-workout, fat burner and smart drug out there. French press, some decent quality beans, 5 minutes and I get all the supplementation I need.

I bought this one few weeks ago, double espresso twice a day for maximum performance

How does it taste? I'm not a fan of espresso simply because I feel I need to drink a whole load of coffee for it to work, brosience and placebo I know, but that's me all over.

It tastes pure. Yeah, size of coffee doesn't matter, double espresso has more caffeine in it than 0.5 liter latte you can get in coffee shop.
Do you also take a cookie with your latte? Smile

haha, I just take a normal black coffee, dash of milk and coconut oil. That keeps me going for 5-6 hours. I'm trying to shed a few KG but when I'm not I'd add butter.

Ha is it really that bad? I guess i will develop a keener taste for coffee the longer i drink it for. But like i say its a new thing for me and hot coffee wise is literally 2-3 months that i have been drinking that. Before it was just iced coffee from starbucks or something.

As a general rule the quality ceiling for coffee that comes in a bag is not very high and since it's relatively easy to make some quality coffee (french press and some solid beans preferably freshly ground + 5 minutes of your time) people tend to hate on instant stuff. That being said, don't let other people tell you what you're supposed to enjoy. Could you argue that one way of making coffee is better than the other? Sure. Does it really matter in a grand scheme of things? Not so much.
