I f***ing loved this. I'm a big fan of the comics and think this couldn't be a more perfect balance of staying true to the material whilst adapting it to be something original. They've taken some risks with the casting and plot changes but got it spot on. Absolute quality. Can't wait for season 2.

@jongordon84 I agree. I love the dirty, kitschy, yellow-shifted aesthetic of the show. I have a strange affinity for this style of story. You know you succeeded in combining something that's grounded and gritty with something fantastical and oniric when you can shoot a dick of a character with a sniper rifle and every viewer goes "Oh yeah that makes sense"

I've also never read the Preacher comic book so I had no expectations going in.

It's not my favorite show of all time (not yet anyway), but it managed to grace me with arguably one of the most powerful quotes I've ever heard spoken from a television screen (minor spoilers ahead):

Jesse:“You dug out of hell with your hands?”
Eugene:“It's not that far.”

@MattVIP Yeh that was a great scene. Eugene is such a great character, I was so impressed by how they brought that character to life, all of them actually.

I watched this show a few years ago and I remember that it had a huge impact on me. I'm putting it above anything else I've seen so far (including masterpieces like Breaking Bad, Sopranos, Fargo or Banshee). I think I should rewatch it soon to check if it's still as important and relevant as it was the first time I saw it (I have a feeling that it might be even more so). Anyway, if you like dark comedies, but you also like to get a bit more from your TV than just plain fun, you should definitely watch it.

Just finished season 2 of House........WOW the last episode has to be one of the most epic 1 hour episodes of anything I have ever seen...just wow

@Jon-PokerVIP I really wanted to like it, but for some reason, I can't get into it. It doesn't make a lot of sense since I absolutely love David Fincher movies and Mr. Robot is basically a love letter to the movie Fight Club with very similar aesthetic and stylistic approach. That being said, it's just less... tight? The story is not as coherent as I'd like it to be and while it's not a bad show by any means it's not anywhere near my top 10. Watch the first two episodes, if you're not hooked by the end of the second one just drop it.

Interesting....guess it's one Im gonna have to watch myself as it sounds quite Marmite.

@JonnyVIP Mr.Robot is 9/10 for me! its super nice. Hacking stuff looks real as well. 2nd season is even better than 1st one.

I loved season 1 and think it just gets better as there are more and more twists.

Started watching Stranger Things. Its ok, not usually my kind of thing, but I want to see a few more episodes as I do want to see what happens i it. I've only watched 2 so far. Think I'll start Mr Robot tonight also!

Stranger things also good 7,5/10 for me. ep 1-6 are amazing but in last two quality went a bit down. but still very very watchable.

Finished seasons 3 and 4 of Vikings. I love this show!

Coming to the end of House season 3. Reallllllly recommend it

I actually haven't finished both Vikings and House and I remember both of those shows being really good. Guess I'm gonna start with Vikings because it's shorter.

One thing I don't like about MrRobot is how easy everyones password is to guess!
