Congrats on the bankroll milestone!

I've had so many shots go like that it's not even funny. Keep working at it you'll break em eventually!

Yeh we have all been pushed back from hitting milestones so often that when the breakthrough finally happens it is so so so much sweeter.

WEEK 2 - SUMMARY

Total Hands Played: 6758

My goal is to play 5000 hands in a week. So Im very happy about my volume. I am not happy that the point of the weekend was unable to use it as I wish. Week ahead is going to be more difficult weekend because I'm on call. Therefore, I have to improve my play on weekdays.

I was undecided about how I'm going to work this week. First I watched Darius's second live session. Then I looked at video footage of Joe's on the Microgaming NL20. In my session, there are a few notes that I have set myself the target.

1. BTN vs SB/BB try to call 4bet vs loose 4better with hand like (AJs,AQs). (From Darius)
2. 3bet/4bet with AA,KK with good bet size. Not so big. (From Jon)
3. When someone call 4bet and board Axx,Kxx cbet more. When not dont cbet more. (From Ryan Fee)

I do not have too many problems with the game. But in the moments that I play table 6, I'm bored and I'm interested in other things. This is actually a bad habit left over from my playing days in SNG with 20 tables tableninj. Focusing on the need to improve myself. I can handle more tables actually very comfortable, but the screen is not very big. I also do not know whether existing programs to help Microgaming.

I can be pretty sure that I was the first time in my life variance. I examined my hands up now, and I do not have a very big mistake. I'll soon passed to an upswing.

My Current Bankroll:1271€
Winning without bonus : -268€(Cash game) + 102€ = -166€

In fact, for many years, I really want to take coaching. But it's not enough for my financial situation. After reaching the target 2000 €, a portion of the bonus or rakeback spend to get coaching.

Ever thought about doing a coaching for profits type deal?
Posted 7 years ago
How is it Jon can you explain?
Posted 7 years ago
Lots of coaches out there will coach you in return for a % of your profits. So you never pay them upfront but you do give them a large share of profit made from that point onwards until the contract is over.

I personally don't like it and would say if you want tons of coaching without paying then maybe try a staking team which offers that. Then you get the bankroll, the training and everything else.
Posted 7 years ago
Hmm sound interesting Jon. But i live in Turkey and its very big problem for Money sending. Also i cant play sites which dont support ecocard. It can be really hard for me to being staking. I think my game can crush 20NL. If i cant crush it after 6 months it can be a good idea.

Ty man i know tabletamer but its not so good.

Today i decide to close Badbeat jackpot option in tables. I do some math. When
its open i give 0.02€ for every hand i play. So my vpip is 25. And i play 20k hands in a month.

20000 x 0.02 / 4 = 100€

20000 x a / 100 x 0.2 = 100

So its basicly 2,5bb/100 in long run. Its almost half of good winrate.

Can you guys tell me your opinion about it.
Posted 7 years ago
No idea why you would even have it on!! It's so -EV! It's just added rake with the rakeback set up in a way that isn't 100% so log term you just lose money.
Posted 7 years ago
Would depend on the criteria of the bad beat for me
Posted 7 years ago
But bad beat really helps me in that challenge for short run. It 3x my bankroll yeah now its time to close it.
Posted 7 years ago
Barkn love your attitude and you are right when you say, it helps that even our role models go through the similar things! Keep it up and you will be crushing NL50 in no time I'm sure! Keep it up

Yeah short term varience, could be great but long term you will lose, it's similar to roulette Wink short term could make 3x your role mid term could be up a little long term you will be down

WEEK 3 - SUMMARY

Total Hand Played: 4493

This week I had a very hard job with my life. My biggest goal of my life, to live what I deserve. earn as much as I deserve. Perhaps the biggest reason I love this poker. Because efforts and I improved myself, I'll make more. But unfortunately this is not the case in business life in Turkey. The more you play, the more money you earn labor in Turkey. This week's game could be reflected in bad psychology but do not give up. I reached my goal I just need a little more work.

the biggest problem of lacking focus I notice in myself. The biggest reason is very simple to see poker. First, I decided to develop the postflop game. This month and I do not have much trouble with the volume because I go to the Platinum level to the next month. I also like the Bluefire Poker's Steve Cordy's video series. I think it would be a very good step to improve my game. I watched some of the videos. I'm going to finish it as soon as the others.

Part 1: Stealing the blinds
-Vs TIGHT FvST > %80, 3BvST < %5; Almost steal with any two. Only defend with good hands.
-Vs LOOSE FvST< %60, 3BvST< %8; Cut bad hands from stealing range.
-Vs AGGRO FvST< %70, 3BvST >%15; Choose %40 range to steal. Choose tight range for call and try to dominate postflop. Try 4bet bluff.

Part 2: Post Flop Play When Steal Is Called
- If someone Call you from blinds who has 3B>%10 generally he has not broadways in calling range.
- When you try to CBET you must look 2 main stat. FvCB and CR.
- If player has high CR and check call you when board wet usually has pair or two pair.

Part 3: Defending Against 3-bets
-If 4bet bluff called we can try 1/3 cbet. Because pot will be very high.
-We need to choose blockers for 4bet bluff.(Ax,Kx)
-If villian has Fv4B>%65 we can 4bet bluff very wide.
-If we want to cold 4B we need to look
+Blocker.
+First openner ST>%50
+3Bettor must be wide 3B>%12
+History.

Part 4: 3-betting In Position
Part 5: 3-betting Out Of Position
Part 6: Bluff-Raising Flops
Part 7: Bluffing Turn or River
Part 8: Getting Value
Part 9: Exploiting Bad Players
Part 10: Hand Examples

-This week is not going the way I want things, but I'll fix it.
-Today I will prepare myself to the weekly program.
-Current temperature 45 degrees. But I'll do my sport.
-I never smoked cigarettes during the first week. Then one can give one as a reward to myself.
-12pm sleep, I get up at 7 in the morning.
-Steve Cordy's'll watch at least 3 video.
-4 table will play focused on the state with a new HUD .

Seems you are working very hard on your game, I hope you achieve all your goals for it. Cool

Current temperture 45 degrees, just wow! I'd melt in that heat!

I wouldn't wish to be a pest, but you can take it from an ex chain smoker of around 140+ a day, a cigarette is not a reward to yourself at any time. Shake

Have fun and run good. Smile
