I get up little earlier than usual ( couldn't sleep ) So I decided to read some articles about mental game. I found one really usefull READ IT !

So I played a little session. First 176 hands was 4 tables NL5. Then I add one zoom NL10 and one reg NL10 and played just 6 tables. I think I will stick at this setup for now. I like when my red line is up

Regarding some of the tilt problems: you should try Tiltbreaker. Works fine for me

@Exposured tnx for advice. I had it for a month and It was okey but I'm not tilting as I used to. If I notice that THIS doesn't work for me I'll buy Tiltbreaker, that's for sure

I was absent for a while. I wasn't actualy motivated for updateing my poker journey. I joined domestic CFP with 2 great guys on march 21. You know how I was strugling on NL10 and that was frustrating. Anyway I deposit 351$ on BWIN ( coatches determinate on which site should I deposit ). Those 351$ was originaly from 20$ on POKERSTARS. March and April was great. I played only NL10 and got to 1300 $$$ ( 900$ after paying coatches ) . Then in May I started to play NL25 and I had a mindset problems. I started to do some crazy stupid things and I was breakeven in May. In Jun I was back on track and made cca 800$. In July I played little less than usual so I made around 350$. August was first over 1k+ month ( 1200$ ). AND I REACH MY GOAL !!! BANKROLL WAS 2000$+( after all payments for CFP BNK=2300$ ) Semptember was first losing month (-300$) but It was 100% my fault. I was tilting a lot and wasn't play my A game at all. And I needed some cash so I withdraw 250$. October started well, I moved some money on BETSAFE ( microgaming ) and there I played NL20€ and on BWIN I played NL25 fast. ( Overall BNK= 1800$ ) October was also a heater ( 1160$ profit -520 CFP ). OVERALL I PAYED around 2k for coaching but I think It's worth every peny. November stared (BNK=1370€ + 910$) AAAAND I'm shoting NL50 !!! All goals are reached 1 month earlier and that's totaly fine by me I hope I'll run good ( for first 5k hands I run 7BB below EV ) But I'm optimist. Hope to have 5BB at least. Will be posting updates and new goals for next year
I advice all players who are strugling on their limits to pay some coach. One hour with great coach is hundred of hours working by yourself BELIEVE ME !
