The run continues with a small (pretty much break even) winning day!

Also some really cool news is 2 new players have just joined and a possible third is waiting in the wings. Quite a big step to take to add new players in considering we have just got ourselves back on track and have a very well trusted/solid skill set team but i have faith in these guys and think new blood is exactly what we need

@Jon-PokerVIP This might be random, but do you think rake changes on Microgaming had something to do with those better results? I mean, I'm sure that it's mostly a combination of good run and skill increase (not necessarily in that order), but I wonder how large of an impact (if any) lower rake has on staked players.

Yes for sure! They are the most incredible changes for us as a staking team of micro stakes players and it will be making us money daily. Also i believe things have just fallen into place. Our guys are just very ON IT and seem to know what they are doing more than ever before.

The good run continues! The team is currently up €725 on the month and unless everything goes to shit i think it is safe to say we may be about to book our first ever winning month on the tables.

@juanoell Have to give Juan a special shoutout....40 buy in upswing after he was moved up to 20nl. He will be at 50nl by January if he keeps this up

Also the rest of the team are doing fantastic. Really love the new guys coming in and seeing the Skype chat alive is really motivating for me to keep on looking for more new talent and giving people a shot!

Great results, but it looks like some players might not be able to hit that 30k mark again. It obviously doesn't make much sense to grind as many hands as possible if you're a losing player, but assuming that the group improved and positive results were caused by the skill increase, improving the volume should probably be the next thing on the list. Anyway, good job guys and I hope you'll crush those last days of the month.

I have taken my foot off the gas when it comes to volume and just let people do whatever they want to really. I will decide if someone gets paid by how often they are grinding (days/hours) and how much effort they are putting into their game. I will always be super fair with this as i can see all of the results apart from just total hands and know if someone is being fair or just messing around.

November Results

So the time has finally arrived where we as a team booked a profitable month! I am absolutely buzzzzzzing about this. It seemed all of our players just studied hard, got involved and well won!

A little dip towards the end but we need to take this as a huge positive. One thing which did let us down was the volume as although I am happy for our players to play a bit less than 30k some hovered under the 20k mark which is disappointing. Also during the competitions staked players seemed to lack motivation which is crazy considering the prizes.

Anyways positive are positives and lets hope this continues and we end the year strong.
