Profit/Loss Per Day

May 12th: -€153,25

Biggest Winner (in buy ins): Jef147 who won 1.75 buy ins yesterday. Great to see him at the tables.

Number of stakees who hit the tables: 6/10

So a shame to see the loss instantly wipe out the previous day and not many of our players at the tables. Sadly i had to let one player go but a new player has quickly taken his place.

Due to the prizes we have on offer at the end of each month for our top performers i will do a mid month update now on who has played the most hands. Biggest overall winner i will post up at the end of the month as due to changes of stakes it is a little more complex. Also everyone who hits 60k hands on the month gets the free tournament ticket.

Refresher of what the prizes are:

So i am going to be pretty blunt here and say i am personally ashamed and embarresed seeing these numbers. When applying every player has said how hard they are going to grind and that they are going to smash it. Truth is no one has really done much here. Obviously some of these players may have just joined and actually put up some great numbers to start but as an overall we are looking like a very weak team.

After the last staking venture stopped myself and Jamie sat down for a full weekend talking about if we should or should not do this again. We felt like we could put a lot into it such as money, time, effort, site access, video reviews, forum posts and general chat so it would come down to the players to really smash it. Obviously we can always do more but we need to see results and people trying before we can offer more. The month is of course not over and some will still shine and crush the hands but for now we are truly lagging behind.

One thing i really want to keep on saying is if you do not hit the contract you will not get paid. There are no exceptions to this. Couple of things to take note of in the contract:

- Play 30k hands minimum.
- Post hands on the forum.

These 2 are the most important so please just remember this when you are playing each month.

I love the team we have and we have some serious talent on board so i really hope we can all motivate one another to go on and crush. My words above are strong but as i am running this i have pressure on my shoulders to smash it so it makes me look bad when we don't so i do take it to heart.

Oh and before anyone asks our total loss this month for the team (on tables) is €628.50

C'mon team lets do this!

Great post Jon.

Love this, i think you should do more of these to really help us push on. A bit of motivation never hurt anybody. I know i am behind pace but everyone else has a week over me.

So come on guys lets pull our finger out and really smash the hands in!

Yeh no one should be off pace imo no matter what you do. I personally am at over 30k hands this month.

Yea great post Jon,

Personally my volume has been lower, as i have lowered my table count to help make better decisions and come out of my downswing. This with a FT Job has made it tougher although after speaking to JBone, i have made my intentions clear. We will be hitting the volume.

Lets go team

How many tables are you playing atm?

30k hands/month or how?
Do they have a max and min number of tables set?
Posted 8 years ago
Yeah come on guys, you can do it. Plenty of talent here I'm sure and that volume isn't too much to ask.

I'd love this opportunity. I work full time with a family, and I'm having a poor month at the table, and I still have 16,000 hands so far.

GoGoGo.
