Since I won't be playing in the OPL tonight I decided to get a cash session in.

No results in the OPL so far so I've decided to get back to the cash grind instead. Tonight I switched to the regular tables instead of speed. 4-6 tabling, using a HUD. Players seem way tighter which is odd so the red line does better. Harder to get value though, but I knew it would come in the end.

Started off by losing some big pots (AK jamming v QQ and bricking, JJ all in v King high on the turn only to river a king, and boat over boat), but I'd already decided I was going to play 2k hands tonight, so I grinded it out for the win. #moregreen #isitgrindedorground?

Not great, I'm down several buy ins this month, and have been pretty busy so not played anything near the volume I planned. But I'm doing a bit of study and trying to plug those leaks.

Studying is always good! I'm doing a lot more nowadays and certainly seeing the benefit! Really eye opening when you look at stuff objectively

Just dawned on me...the last time I truly 'studied' the game was probably 4 years ago now!
