I spent a good amount of time studying it but as for implementation it was not something I felt was best for my short and long term future in poker. I use GTO strategies but I was before the letters GTO came along......sounds like a boast but it's not I just mean we were all doing these things naturally before.

I prefer exploiting and playing in games vs players that works vs.

End Of Month Report

What a great month! Moved up to 10NL and crushed it

Very happy! Some 5NL mixed in there too towards the start.

My volume was lower than recent months due to work and enjoying the nice weather in the evenings & weekends

I'm heading to France for the Euros in 2 weeks so I can't imagine June will have crazy high volume either but I'm happy with anywhere over 15k hands. Can we have a repeat of in June please?

I find those games tough, much prefer the 42/6 guys, once it gets above that it gets a bit too busy for me. (nit alert)

I just played super fit / fold tight vs. them and went HARDDD for value when I hit

15 / 20 min fast fold vid maybe? So I can fit a few more hands in? I usually play reg tables so some vids might be a bit boring!

Life Update

So pretty much no volume in so far this month! Only have about 2k hands! The weather has been dragging me out at the weekends

BUT.... THIS SATURDAY I BEGIN MY JOURNEY TO FRANCEEEE! Euros babyyyyyy! I'm so excited! Will you be watching?

YEAHHHHHH BUDDDYYY!

I've had a season ticket for Ireland the past 7 years so couldn't miss out!

We got tics to all 3 groups games but unfortunately some friends can't get much time off so I'll only be going for 4 days! Not bad though

There should be a group of around 20 of us haha

Flying to Amsterdam on Saturday morning, staying there Saturday night, get the train from Amsterdam to Paris on Sunday morning, match on Monday Ireland v Sweden, train back to Amsterdam from Paris Tuesday afternoon and then plane home! WOOP

I took a day off work on Wednesday to recover

I think Ireland deserved to win the match, but if anyone offered me a draw before the game, I would have took it! The Swedish fans were amazing

Well that match didn't go too well...

That was a tough one for them, I think Belgium are rated something around 2nd or 3rd int he world at the moment. Didn't help having Walters out either against such strong opposition.
I managed to watch a little of it only so can't say much but it was certainly pleasant to see a great party atmosphere from the fans.

I saw all over the news how the Irish and Swedes were having a great time and treating football as they should! Mad props for that - wish us English were being a bit more respectful of this beautiful game!

The craic was unreal! Yeah I seen all the trouble with the English =/ However, I think the Russians making the English look a bit worse than they are. I was over in England for their last friendly against Ireland and it was completely fine. There's some bad blood between the English and Irish fans from Landsdowne Road 1995, and historically of course, but I found the England fans good fun! We all love a drink and a laugh. I don't understand how some fans go out just looking for fights, the Russians treat it like a sport

Well... This month is going horrible in terms of poker but not gonna let the losses get me down! I think I'm playing well but it's just not going my way! Serious lack of volume too.

@colly191091 People have different structures of. increase performance, provide different things. First, what makes you to play your A game, you must find it. If it provides increased motivation, believe me, a very good option to follow pre-dreaming sessions and motivational videos.
