Nice work man keep it up! Yeh finishing when running/playing bad is always a good idea. Most just tilt and lose chunks so nice discipline bro!

Hope pattys day was good to you all! My PT4 is acting up and I tried so many filters to try and get the right graph. I was getting pretty tilted and spewy near the end of the session so I decided to log off. Playing 8 tables of 10NL this session and starting to get more comfortable. Just need to get over the emotions of loosing bigger pots.

squadgrinder: Thanks Jon. A reg was talking about this forum in one of my tables so I decided to check it out. I'm really enjoying it so far, thanks for all that you do.

Where do you play?

@Killjoy1987 I play on stars bro

Verrrrry nice man! I love how you can log straight off as soon as you feel yourself getting spewy! I'm sure a lot of people are jealous of that discipline

@colly191091 Thanks, for the most part I can log off when my mental game isn't there but every now and then I don't.

Drunk session last night went well +4.5 BIs. Horrible start but I made it through and proceeded to go on a bit of a heater.

Haha... Drink beer not liquor Smile Put in some good volume the past 2 1/2 days. Not putting enough work off the tables though, for some reason I'm just not feeling it.

My thoughts on 10NL so far are the games are bit more aggressive, some spots can be really tricky when your 200bb deep. 4 betting a lot more but I feel people are more willing to stack off with a wider range of hands (at 5NL it's always AA and KK). There's just as many fish which is great Laugh . Regs are better but still building up my HUD stats so I can have a nice sample and make better decisions.

Grateful to still be here and not have to move down. I have 45 BIs so unless one of those dreadful 15 BI downswings happen I'm gonna continue to grinding 10NL, 8 tables.

Session yesterday was swingy. Played 50k hands this month so far I'm pretty happy about volume. 85 vpps away from Goldstar which is awesome!

Great weekend sessions Smile I'm officially a 10NL Reg!!! Almost 60 BIs which allows me to handle a nice downswing in the future and not get tilted or emotional about my roll. I need to put more work in off the tables, I've been saying this the last couple of weeks but have to take some action. I've just been really motivated to put in volume and GRINDDD Evil grin

Graph for march is legit! A great month of poker and looking forward to learning more in April. Last night I bought a new manual that was just created by a grinder I follow. It's pretty intense (something like 540 pages) and covers specifically 6-Max Cash. Already starting reading today...
