Been a while since I have been in these streets but I am officially ready to crush the OPL season 3 which is looking pretty damn tasty!

I will be streaming all of these events live btw on the PokerTube Facebook Page. Plus if you don't like my face you can tune into any of these guys to see some OPL action going down throughout the month:

For those who don't know what the OPL is check it out Here. But basically

- Oct 1st-31st
- 10 Rooms involved
- Tournaments every night $3-5 entry
- 50-100 buy ins added to each tournament - $17.5k total added across season.
- Overall leaderboard with $17.5k also added - 1st place walks away with $7k.
- Points are taken from best 10 overall scores.
- It's sick

Last season I came top 10 i think but failed to really go the damage I wanted to...although with all the added money and prizes I cleared $2,000 profit. #easymoney

Brilliant.

I am looking into it right now, its really the first ive heard about it, but it looks incredible value, looks silly to miss out on to be honest, trying to balance it around work and family as i only get to play here or there, but because you dont have to play every event i can see that being a massive help

Hey Jon, really looking forward to the league - super hyped! Can I double check; how many tournaments are there total? On the dedicated OPL website it shows something like 10-12, is that just the first week and a bits worth? Thanks

@lankyross Yeah this is exactly why we came up with the points system where it takes it from your best 10 results. We understand people have to work, see family or maybe can't afford to play them all for example. It is a league by players for players!

Nice and good to hear! It is well worth grinding that is for sure. I have always been disappointed with my results for previous seasons but so far cleared over $3.5k profit combined.... I think the main thing is the tournaments themselves can seriously add up to a lot of money.

So the opening night was awesome and I really loved it. Great turnouts (already double last seasons), sick streams, deep runs and even the TonyBet run it twice tournament went down a treat!

My results

TonyBet: 2nd for 75 points and €97.85

Betfair: 28th for 1 point and $0

Overall very happy with that and can't wait for tonight's Natural8 and 888 tournaments.

Haven't played in a while; 6th on 888 and ran soooo bad on the ft for 26.50.
