Heres by hands, yupp i have some gambling problems with the PLO HU , and will be working on eliminating this from my game. I always think im gonna enjoy it, but alot of time i lose 3 more buyins than i plan to.

Kinda depressed at the 50NL results, since we are peaking at +1,1k, i think it has to do something with that we started playing 100nl and i didnt take 50nl as serious maybe? not in a huge way , also this 50nl includes 5 buyins tilted away at HU

also something i need to eliminate, i have sometimes ran supergood at HU and think i crush but im pretty sure i dont.

otherwise yeah, im happy about the 100NL results but also aware of that it involves run good, im not a winner at 8bb/100 at 100nl.

What have you learnt? No point having a challenge like this and not taking something away from it :)

I learned alot.
- This volume for me is still too much, but im still happy i fought through it.
- I still have gambling issues, theese show up when i start playing unprepared and/or when i have been playing too much.
- Focusing on results hurts me big time, i had stretches in this challenge where i didnt watch my graph for days and i only looked in my cashier half way + a couple of times after beeing totally put off, ( days where i gambled PLO ).
- I think for me today playing 6 tables 80k is kind of the optimal grind/month for me, but im gonna work on it and maybe soon 100k is easy

- I played some days without the standard warmup and that also hurts me big time , i lose focus way faster

And yeah, i think whatever you do theres always a point in doing it, its still an achievement that i can look back at , and it improved me in many ways.

Went through my live session recording, very little that i did wrong there also...

so i left the coaching session with new reloaded motivation but i just get kicked in the fucking balls all the time!
By the looks of my graph this month i look like the biggest fish ever, when should one give up?

Hey man, seems like the only thing you can ever do in this spot is be honest with yourself. Do you feel like you've been making more hero calls? Anything like that that may not be able to show up in stats? Maybe you've been learning some new things and applying them in the wrong way. I know that I've had times where I've felt like I've been learning so much and yet it almost made my game get worse until I took a rest and step back and then things clicked and I could walk again.

It's tough because as you've just said, the w34z3l man himself seems to not be finding much wrong. Does he do sweat sessions? I think that might be the best way for you to benefit by the looks of it. I'm sure if you did some of those then you'll find a good chunk of things to talk about. Also... game selection? Little things that don't always have much to do with your game but you could think more about?

I really don't can't say much to help, but maybe some of these things you can think about, and if anything helps then that's cool,but I always think there's an answer somewhere as to why things are going badly. On top of it... it does look like you're running badly too in this month's sample, but bloody hell this game is testing isn't it?

Keep up the good work brother and you'll come out on top!

If you don't feel positive enough to play then sure, take a break and come back to it when you are. Otherwise, if it seems you're doing it right, just keep doing what you're doing, working on getting better and wait for the; 'What goes around, comes around' time.

I think you'll manage just fine. Kick out the negativity and work, work, work.
