How are you finding the 50nl games? This still on microgaming right?

I ask as i always found 100nl 10x softer than 50nl on there for some strange reason

well.. not really sure yet , so far iv had a better run at the 50nl but not too many hands played yet... if it keeps going in this direction ill take a shot at 100nl again soon

Happy to have had 3 winning sessions in a row now, trying to turn it around

Been having some serious mindset problems, w34z3l gave me a tip about the book The mindset of poker by Jared Tendler.

I am not the book reading type so i of course bought the book on Audible as an audio book

So the adjustments to have a good mindset everytime i play is the following.

-I set up a shedule for when i play and i take a small break every hour.
-I started out now setting a 3h play/ day. ( planning to start playing longer sessions in the future, but i find it hard to play ur best for longer than 3h atm. )
-I play alone in a closed room while my wife is looking after the kid while listening to good music.
-Review my hands after every session.
-Post awkward spots/hands im not sure about on the forum.
-Rule out any other surfing, skype, facebook or other stuff while playing.
-Mute my phone when i start the session.

Start out with a cup of coffee before every session.

So far i have had a good start in march, only 4k hands but im running good

Yesterday i had my first fall back to some old stupid tilt moves,

would have ended the session at -3$ but i felt like i MUST book a win and managed to spew off 100€ in the last 10 minutes , on full blown tilt.

Gonna do my best to block this off.

The silly thing that triggered this was that i opened HEM in the middle of the session, looking at how i am doing.

It's silly how stupid and easily effected one can be.

I did not follow my taking a break rule to the fullest, and i did play 1 hour longer than normal, without the break... so there we go i took on too much.

today i will play only 2 hours.

I've done that one on too many occasions, down a miniscule amount and then go tilt off 3or 4 BI trying to win a couple of bucks. Gg me.

Seems to me you're strong enough to get passed that and get back on track quickly, so just go get 'em next time is all.

I didn't stick to my session breaks yesterday, very poor of me, wont happen again that's for sure.

i just had a short 250 session , super heater winning 270$ , poker is so wierd.

Your graph looks like the story of my life - running all right, then hitting deserved b/e stretch and finally piking down very hard at the end due to tilt.
Shake off the tilt and get back to the game. Your EV is still high, close to 10bb/100 if I read it right, so don't worry much.

Going back at it again, 100NL 6max, i have improved so much since the journey started.

What really made me go on the right track was definitly the coaching from w34z3l

Mindset problems/tilting this is my main problem.

Stuff i use to do when tilting.
- Move to PLO HU to try and win back losses, and FAST!

- Make bad river calls, calling hoping for a 1/100 bluff

knowing im beat.
- Start C-betting too much ( up to 100% ).
- I have occassionally went up in really big stakes when tilting ( wich is very stupid, if im going to do this i should find a nice table and take real shot when im feeling great, not when tilting

- And i have also been in the Casino games losing on blackjack ( i suck at blackjack

)

Going to start out taking this grind with lower expectations with shorter sessions

Goal for may : Finnish month with a winrate of 3bb/100 , play 10 000 - 15 000 hands. ( normally aiming for 20 000 hands/ month, but im going to paris 20-25.5 ).
