No but i think you can probably find some breakdown of it somewhere in your database or maybe on some dodgy hh site on the internet. You must be pretty close to one of the best IMO.

Yeh fair comments although remember 5nl is beatable and don't let previous experiences hold you back!

I really don't know where I might be, but I'm extremely happy with my work. Decent play and solid attitude pay off!

Yes, I'm telling myself that it is all in my head and my previous experience shouldn't limit me.

Thank you Jon for your support and feedback of any kind!!!! Really appreciate this!!! WinkHeart

Yeh we all have these mind locks where it prevents us from doing something due to bad experiences. There is no magic way but my advice is embrace it. What i mean by this is if you take the shot remember all the bad shit, dont try to block it out and just sit down and do your thing. If things start going poorly embrace it again. We are all experienced enough to know its going to happen sometimes. Just keep doing the right thing.

Go get it Mmmm...

I think I can see where you're at, not scared money, just not a confident player.

Move up if you can afford to, you are losing huge value where you are. Dammit! Smile

Hello,

I haven't wrote anything for a while but to cut long story short - I've moved up from nl2 to nl5, then to nl10 where I got downswing, so I had to get back to nl5, where downswing also continued, so I had to go back to nl2 again. I build up my bankroll on nl2 and brought back my confidence and now I'm again back at nl10 - playing 3-4h a day on 6-9 regular rables. I hope it will keep up that way. I'm pretty sure of my game so far - I look at the decisions not at the results, I don't play scary money, which is also very important aspect.

I promised myself that I will be posting updates at least once a week.

So far, I've played 20k hands on nl10 with positive results, but I still need to correct my game.

TY for all the support!!

Swings!

Why do you think the shots didn't go well?
Posted 7 years ago
Hehe, I certainly didn't spazz Laugh that I can tell for sure.

It's hard to say really. I definitely improved my game and I stick to my defined ranges of opening pre, calling pre, 3betting, or calling 3bets, so that also made me more confident of my play. What is more, I can feel that I feel this game. Still, I need a lot of improving. Poker is not about finding something once - it is about adjusting and keep looking for something that can make me better and better Smile

I probably played too tight and too loose in some crucial spots and of course the fact that I was 8 BI under EV had something to do with it, I didn't run good for sure. But right now, I am focusing more on making right decisions, not on the results, and it gives more confidence.

How are you, Jon? Laugh

Do you think you spent as much if no more time analyzing each decision? I find when people move up they rush it a bit too much.

I am good thanks buddy just grinding some TonyBet and also some SCOOP action!

Long time no see.

Damn, I promised myself that I will be putting progress in this blog regularly Sad

Anyway, I'm back after 9 months. I managed to reach nl25 on PokerStars and I am really wondering how I could spend so much time on nl2...

Here are my full results at nl2 and nl10 respectively.

That's funny how 12bi downswing doesn't seem so significant now. It's all about the longrun, isn't it?

When it comes to nl25, I have played 33k hands so far and my result is 4,2bb/100 for now. I hope it goes well. I analyse my hands very often and try to make the best decisions without looking at the results. I will post few problematic hands this week because I want to know your opinion.

Peace!

Sick graph at the micros, damn 200k hands. What was your win rate per bb/100 I'm interested.

How are you finding 25nl compared to 10/16NL?
Posted 7 years ago
I don't know to be honest. I don't have it in my hm2 anymore.

Hmm... I don't see much difference between nl10/16 and nl25. It's hard to say, I've only played 35k hands so far. There a many weak players still. Usually people say that players 3bet more, but I don't really see it. What limit do you play Harvie?
