played great untill my AA ran into 89 on an J72T turn and i jammed... in a 3bet pot. so I ended exactly this bi down.

kind of dissapointed with this session. had to stop because I did "not feel it" i dont know... I mean session went good and i dont need to whine.... nice spots, got payed twice.

started agressivly, but in the middle i had a sparp drop of my red again. I do not know how I can stop that from happening.

have to work on that agression thing... that position thing... that initiative thing...

lets see how tomorrow afternoon goes...

This week i did not really get time to play

focussed on the training of my gf an when I had time I just did not feel it.

Today though I had a longer session, and a nice one

I think I played solid poker. I tried to be agressive and it worked... kind of... i blasted a stack off against top2 and i tried a very ambitional bluff but villain obviously had it and reraised me... other than that I keept my red in check and my blue skyrocketed.
I had the pleasure to get AA in pre flop in a 200bb pot against a fish with AQo which marked my biggest win ever so far

my little book project is going quite well so far and I am thinking about jumping on the streamer train. I like the idea of heaving my own "bankroll challenge"

Afternoon session

winning yesterday was a big motivational boost so I started a nice session this afternoon.

it ended up being over 2 hours, nearly 1k hands and +7bb/100

solid session for the first 280 hands... 2 ugly spots where I lost the minimum I guess and 1 move against a aggromaniac who had id this time and after 320 hands I was down 2 bi. getting payed with a straigh flush and hope came back only to get my AA cracked a hand later and back down to -2bi. for the next 600 hands I think I played my A-game. Good agression and lots and lots of small pots. Some calls I have to check but i finished nearly 1 bi up

well see if I have enough energy to come back in the evening!

Evening session

80minutes, 610 Hands and +20,74 bb/100

again a nice session. I started very agressive and played my draws strongly... unfortunatly I got called down. I changed gears and became too passive. After recognizing this mistake I again recalibrated my agression and hit the sweetspot.

Again, I have to keep focussed... this coud be the beginning of something good

@FG_SpaceLord Nice Blog going here. Just wondering what stakes and site are playing? And is it cash or Zoom/Fastforward? I played allot of Zoom a few years and found it very fun but swingy.

I play NL10 regular tables on partypoker at the moment!

zoom does not really work for me... very negative there... on the regular tables i can maintain a solid winrate

plan is to move up to NL25 before 1st of July.. lets see if i can make this happen

Cool, what Kind or BRM are you using 20, 30 buyins?

I am on the conservative side... and do not focus too much on my BRM management. I want to have a feeling that I am really beating NL10 in order to move up to NL25. It would definitelly help if i would finde a site that offers a step in between like NL16... but for now I focus on crushing NL10 and the money will come anyways. I definitely think about moving up when i hit 750€

Still having a bit mental problems... hard to describe... I am not enjoying playing... i am not eager to sit and fire up some tables... feel like some fear of losing everything that I worked hard for...

Evening session
just 50 minutes, 380 handa and WOHOOOO 72,34bb/100. Should be even better, but I lost 1,5 stacks in the last couple of minutes because I did not really focus any more.

Have to work on my mental game again. Not really about tilting, but motivation and long term focus.

reviewing my notes on an on... tilting is not a problem at the moment. strategy is getting better and better. Mistake today was that I did not really adopt to my aggrofriends. Played back with marginal hands instead of waiting and eating them alive with strong hands...

session went great, very nice spots... some unlucky spots and 1 bluff inthe end that did not go well... My marked cash-despencers got me this time, but all the others wanted to give some money.

My work on agression is paying off... red is above 0 after a break even session yesterday.

I will keep working and hope that this upswing will be a bit longer

in August 2017 I registered here and had high hopes of becoming a decent poker player! I took 50€ from my bankroll and registered on a new site... 8 month later I jumped over the 500€ mark! I managed to multiply my roll by 10. (started in January with 20€ and i am now at 600

You guys helped me sooo much through my hard times where I was losing all my hope and confidence. You were there for me...

Night session

not very happy with my session. Resultsbase it was fine (even more so as my QQ got wrecked by AK) but I could not get my aggressive play going. Just sat there and waited to get paid.
and when I tried to raise or c/r I got raised back immediatle... I have to analyze if I wanted to force some agresion or I just ran into stronger guys all the time...

Got some workers here this morning so i fired up some NL5zoom tables

only played for 15 minuts but they went well

123 hands and +60bb/100 all due to red line winnings... NL5zoom does not look soooo scary after all

tried my luck at the zoom tables... went terrible

2h about 1000 hands and deeply 2,5 bi down

cant believe that I cannot beat them.... nothing works there... even though i ran massivly above EV...

Zoom I feel is very reggy and probably the more difficult one to beat. I would say to stick at what you know you are good at and keep doing it!
