Hi everyone! I've been to lazy lately so I felt I need to make my self a challenge. Just a small challenge over a month, mostly to motivate myself to play. I have never been a high volume player so the challenge is only "meeh" for some of you.

So the plan is to plan is to play atleast 60k hands this month on a Swedish site called Svenska Spel. It's only possible to play 5 tables at once so it will be around 400h/h. The stake is 25nl and I have a winrate the there around 12bb/100 over 140k hands played. Site is super fishy so don't be to impressed!

And some info about me: I'm 22 years old guy from Sweden who been playing poker for about a year now. Poker is basically my life but other then that I like to workout and go out partying. I've been coached by TheStudent and now I'm coached by W34z3l. I was playing higher then 25nl with good succes recently but in May I went to Miami and burned big part of my bankroll there. So now I'm building it up so I can get back to were I belong

I have a lot of leaks in my game but the biggest one is that Im probably the biggest tilter in poker. I have smashed so many, phones,monitors,desk, keybord by tilting so I've lost count. I break things like there is no tomorrow. I've been diagnosed with ADHD and now recently got some medication (Concerta) for it. So I hope it will help me controll my anger. If you guys have any tip on how to stop tilting, please till me! haha

You plan to play all those 60k hands at NL25? I'd suggest aggro shot at 50 as soon as you can (like 20BI) cuz Svenska Spel must me soft af!

3 weeks ago I broke my phone using my knee while tilting.. And I do not remeber I did it, my mind turned black and 1 min after I realized what I did. Things do not have any value to me when I get angry..

I wish I could show you the EV, but it's not accurate, because you do not se cards at showdown everytime. Doesen't show your cards if you are the caller IP etc.

Im behind in volume but hopefully I will manage to get to 15k hands this week.

@DinBaba. This thread is absolutely insane (in both good and bad way). I'm more of an empiricist than a rationalist so I'm not going to give you a lecture on how unhealthy destroying your desk/phone is in the face of tilt - if it works for you then go bananas. That being said I'd encourage you to work on your mindset a bit or maybe even consult a licensed professional because your reactions to tilt seem to be slightly more severe than in most people cases.

@MattVIP thank you, yeah I know, it's not healty at all. But I've been contact with a doctor/psychologist, thats why I got the medicin. And since then it's like night and day. Im reading Jared Tendlers book aswell, so I'm working on it.

My week has not been to good. Failed with my volume(11 658/15 000h) mostly because I moved to another apartment and had some trouble with internet. Been running alot under EV and made some really bad plays.
