All right, a little losing stretch. Day 17 - 658$, day 18 - 598$. All good, just rough end of variance - it's only 4.5 BI's from the high point. Volume has been shitty, messed up my 8 am wake up

Day 19 - wild day for most part, aggro HU battle (got rekt), I got a bit into degen mode but decided that fuck it, I'm not gonna have 3 losing days in a row and cruised into small profit. BR 628$. There was a weird hand I forgot to save. Limped pot, I check my option on BB w/ Q4ss, 3way flop with two spades. SB bets 1/2, I call. turn bring flush in, he bets, I call. River bricks, he bets 40% PSB, I make a smallish raise and he insta 3bets 3x. I'm like wtf, sizing doesn't make much sense so I called to see AXss obv.

One more hand, no idea what he folded on the river.

I watched some live PLO10k stream from KingsCasino.. I looked at the line up and thought - "What the fuck is the reason I am not there already?" I mean, it was 8 handed and only mtw-Davin looked like a real boss. Ronny Kaiser also, but Davin owned. Others were just a bunch of degens and some looked like straight out of East Block mafia.. No way I have less capability to master the game. Fuck me, I know I can become really good at this game, why the hell I'm not pushing it. Only if I could get in touch with some of the endbosses and for some reason they'd share the way they study..

I guess, you are not there bcs you don't have a very profitable "business" so you can not spew money away like they can

Day 20 - mediocre grind, won AAvKK but that's it for running good. Ran it up to 690 at one point, but it wasn't meant to be my day, and finished up 5 dollars for total of 633$ BR.

1) WP if he is a bad lag but maybe ATo can be folded pre? 2) I think I would consider raising the turn. 88 is unlikely as is 6x you are most likely into some combo of diamonds or Qx. I really don't like his small bet sizes. The board is very coordinated so there is a lot he can have... playing out of flow is an uncommon thing and in my experience people are rarely nutted here, though that said it is something i do to retain balance but as we have discussed I think I donk a lot more than most would as part of my overall strategy. Generally with amateurs it is some kind of situation where they are trying to control showdown like KQ or A4dd. The turn 6 feels like it is a clean card it only really improves some kind of 6Xdd and that is a super narrow range. 88 KK+ still has you dead, but there is a reasonable amount of value to be had on the turn from KQ QJ XXdd or combos like T9s / T9dd

@Joshk81 1) He's 3betting me a ton. Normally A10o is in my 4bet bluff range in that spot (I use w34z3l's ranges), but as he's 3betting so much and sizing is small, gotta call this one.

2) Yeah, I put in some more thought in it and it seems raising turn is best option as I was going to call off blank river anyway. Not sure about the raise sizing, gonna run the numbers later for the sizing that he does not get correct odds to call w/ FD.

^ Because I like money. This KK hand - 4bets are so rare at this limit, and 150bb I don't want to ship in KK BUvUTG w/o reads that villain is capable of moves. On this board I only beat bluffs (and there are no bluffs usually), and split w/ 1 combo of KK. I don't recall AA hand, normally I don't fold there. Maybe I had a read on villain or smth like that. But I never go crazy with overpairs on dry boards, that is very costly in passive games.

All right, I'm done for the week. Day 21 - 752$. Back on track, hefty profit of 37$ for the week! Anyway, back on Monday morning and gonna start mixing in NL50 tables with buffer zone of 650$. Challenge started at 17th, so I'll have 3 full days to reach that 1k mark in the first month!

2) And the real hand. After seeing that villain is on fishy side, I expected him to spazz here with hand like AQ, AJ. I just ran the numbers and for me to BE for the call (I need 36.7%), he has to jam range of JJ-TT,88-77,AQs[3]-AJs[3]. If he jams 6 combos of AQo on top, I have 43.75%. So, I think the call is right vs this opponent, but what do you think?

Day 22 short-ish day, mixing NL50 and 25, a bit "scared money", but that's how it goes when climb up stakes, takes some getting used to even though I've played 100's of thousands hands at NL50. BR 816$

New biggest hand of the challenge, pretty gross on the river, but didn't expect him not to trap quads.

Day 23 - got ass sexed both at NL50 and 25, quit day early as well. BR 650$

Day 24 (and end of month 1) - skipped morning session, dropped down to NL25. BR 752$ - NL50 tomorrow again.

Day 25 - mixing NL50/25 again. Won the biggest hand of challenge, lost 2nd biggest. BR 852$. 3 days off now - tomorrow is Independence day, so I'm heading to my home town. Tomorrow there is this 3.5km xc race I've been preparing for last 2 month's or so. I'm in pretty good shape atm, best I've been since quit serious sport. My PB there is 10:59 (from 2014 I think). I will be very happy if I get close to 11 min mark!

2) Karma played back. SB was mega whale, calling everything PF. Estonian played this one really well - AA/KK was what I was mostly afraid as he'd flat them to keep whale in, but no way I could get away as SB gives out like 55bb with junk.
