To overcome the tiredness there are certain things to try
1. What foods/drinks are you consuming up until this point?
2. How many hours of sleep are you getting each night in the first place?
3. Would 10 minutes of exercise benefit you more than a nap?

1. For breakfast I usually have toasts and 1/2 l of water, then I take a coffee before I start to grind. No more food until lunch.
2. I need ~9h of sleep to feel fully functional. I have a problem with falling asleep since I'm clearly the night guy and my brain gets very active (owl - was this the English name for that?). My sleep is not very tight and I usually wake up many times.
3. Exercising right after eating is not the best option you can do for yourself - you will often feel the good old needling pain in the stomach / getting close to throwing up
(I don't have experience with just 10 min exercises though, but in general it's a no-no thing.)
Yeah, JNandez is cool, watched him only once, but I've heard the story of him pouring his pee bottle content over his head on the stream haha (not sure it's true tho).
Random question - is anyone here using a pee bottle?
Personally I'm not, but was very close to it one day..
