I have taken to doing sessions by rake paid. I will start a session with a target amount of rake to reach and not look at $s won or EV as I find this is never helpful. I now *try* to not look at graphs. They don't help, they just create an artificial sense of loss / sense of unfairness. This doesn't help with anything.

Do you use PT4? If so would you know if its the rake attributed, or rake contributed stat used for calculating the actual rake paid.

I use HEM2. I am unsure but I would assume it just takes the rake listed in the hand histories. This is a link to something that made me feel like shit for a few weeks. EV Graph

Your comment on stacking of light was intriguing so I spent a few hours looking at all the different spots I could find, out of 34x I got all in v Villian who had 30%equity or less, I lost 27 of them. I also looked at all the flip spots and did find 3 examples of where they were not "fist pump" 5bet jams or calls. I.e QQ/AK in the CO v 3b is seldom a stack off. As far as flipping on the flop I usually only get it in in larger pots where I have overs and straight + flush draws, for drawing hands. This is not a complaint as I was happy to find I have for the most part not been stacking off too light. Yeay for me

45k hands... I've ran worse over that period lol most people will have. Be glad you didn't run 5bb below EV and your all-in EV was only at +2bb/100!!

Run bad sucks, but you won't complain or even really mention it when you run 7bb/100 over 45k hands with an all in EV of 3.5bb/100.

All in equity also shows so little of how you actually ran it is completely pointless looking at it

Spend those hours on studying and improving kot seeing how bad you ran
