I've tried to add my PokerStars account to the PokerVIP website and I simply get the following message: "User Id 'Zeronibre' hasn't been added.". Any idea on what might be the problem?

Unfortunately we do not get rake data from Pokerstars so this is why I expect the error is popping up.

Just so you know also, only poker accounts tracked to PokerVIP will populate in this section.

In other words, only poker accounts created through PokerVIP will be able to appear in this section?

Yes that's correct. In order to show your rake data we need a report from the room, this is the reason why. So rake data is populated once we upload our reports you see.
