Hi Guys. I set up a brand new account today so I could get an AllInAsia account tracked to Poker VIP and get the 35% rakeback deal on GG Poker. I followed all of the referral links and set up the AIA account which all seems to have gone through ok. I am currently logged in to AIA with my details and have set up my profile and spoke to customer support about deposits etc... On my Poker VIP account page, AIA is showing on my listed rooms with my screen name but it says 'screen name unconfirmed' I click 'get deal' and enter my details but it seems to be indicating that an account with these details already exists! A little confusing. I set up a support ticket as well but was hoping for maybe some quicker responses here. Anyhow, thanks in advance.

Hi mate,

Have you added your All In Asia username or your GG username to your account area? Please ensure it is your AllInAisa username (What you use to log-in with) which you add.

Regarding the unconfirmed, it will show as this until you deposit / play a bit and we receive rake reports from the poker room for your account. This can take a few days after you start playing.

If you can PM me your All In Asia email and username I can make sure you are tracked anyway.
