Hi, where are my hand histories going from stan james? I want to import them into snowie but i can't see them

I have the gamedata file which it appears they are appended to but can't use that in snowie

Also, when i'm using PokerTracker4 it's working fine but the processed hands aren't being saved in the processed hand folder so I can't use that

I've also tried downloading the HH from StanJames program to a text file which also doesn't work... thanks

Are the hhs offered here 6max only? can anybody share/upload a NL10-NL20 6max database? The one offered here says 10-max and 20-max but after importing it dotn get more than 100k hands for 6max...thoughts?

I have question about this rb 30%. Should I get diamond status or sth automatically and then I will have 30%? If I dont have this status ,dont I get 30%?

@12jack - The rakeback for Stan James is made up of 20% paid direct to your poker account on a Thursday and the other 10% you need to convert points. I did use the IPOKERVIP sign up code, but I did not receive the first deposit bonus. It doesn't show up in the lobby or elsewhere. What can I do?

For the Stan James deal, on deposits over $100 first you will receive a 20% instant bonus up to the max bonus amount of $125, this is in place before the first deposit bonus. You get 7 days to clear this or if you clear before, whichever comes first, your first deposit bonus will trigger after that.

If this is not the case and you think there may still be an issue, Stan James have a live chat support you can contact here, they will be able to assist you.
